Purchased a Mazda 3 with Compass and was greeted and treated professionally. The sales representative Matthew is very personable and followed true in regards to pricing and my particular needs for the car. Provided a comfortable atmosphere without the "buy now" pressure. No strange fees were tacked on after negotiating a final price. I was pleasantly surprised with the follow up call from Matthew the day after purchase. To top it off, all the coffee you can drink. Can somebody point me to the bathroom?

Jeremy and Joe helped us to find a Mazda 3 Sport over the phone initially. They were so helpful as my husband is recovering from cancer and couldn't come out to the dealership to see the vehicle in person. We worked out the details over the phone and everything was ready when I arrived at the dealership to finish all paperwork. The finance guy who reviewed all paperwork, I can't remember if he was Rob or Ron, was very efficient and friendly. When buying a new car you feel you always need to have your "game-face" on because you have to anticipate being treated unfairly, but at no point did I ever feel pressured or coaxed by the staff. Friendly staff, everyone worked together as a team. We were treated respectfully. Our time was valued. Showroom was beautiful. Coffee machine was a very nice touch. Salesmen clearly went over the new car with us, explaining how options performed. We are very happy with our new car and also this dealership! It was worth the drive from Highland.

Greatest dealership experience!!! Found a 2007 Mazda 3 on Cars.com, called talked to Alonzo, the best salesperson I ever met, I worked a dealer for 12 years too. He helped me do everything over the phone. Drove 120 miles to dealer to get car. Dealership was clean and very large!! Car was showroom ready and waiting for me to road test, Business manager was even waiting for me! After the deal, the owner of Compass Mazda introduced himself, and thanked me, with a complimentary bottle of wine!! I left there with a awesome feeling like they were really happy for me. First let me say we purchased our Mazda CX-9 3 years ago from this dealership. Tony in sales was fantastic! Really nice guy who did not put any pressure on us whatsoever! This was the first car purchase that was a pleasant experience, even with a trade to deal with! We have been dealing with Chris in the service department for the last 3 years. He is also a very nice, down to earth guy who always looks out for his customers. We've never gone there and felt ripped off. Chris does a great job explaining service issues and waiting time ...
