Bringing your car to Compass, you not only get excellent quality work done but you can enjoy our customer perks as well.  We are grateful to each of our customers for their business and want to express our appreciation by offering customers complimentary Starbucks coffee, Wi-Fi and a car wash with each service. This is in addition to our free multi-point inspection and available shuttle service to take you where you need to go and we provide a reduced rate on rental vehicles as well as loaner options for those longer service visits.

To offer our customers even more convenience, we have a service night drop available. Customers can call or schedule an appointment online, then drop off their vehicle for service whenever works best for them.

Anytime outside of our regular business hours, customers can enter our lot via the marked entrance beside the car wash. Customers may park in any open space, lock their car and write their contact information and summary of concern on a provided envelope. With the keys to the vehicle sealed inside the envelope, all customers need to do is drop it in the night drop slot and a member of our team will be in contact the next business day.

Transportation Options during your Service Appointment

To help you prepare for your upcoming Service Appointment at Compass Motors, please note the following options are available as a valued customer. We recommend you speak with your Service Advisor for additional information and booking.

Courtesy Compass Shuttle

  • Available Monday - Saturday 6am - 6pm
  • First come, first served basis, please be mindful that wait times may vary
  • Offered to customers who have either same day or overnight repairs
  • Operation on customer schedule for drop off and pickup, no fixed timetable
  • Typical shuttle services include transportation to/from:
    • Local mass transit hubs (train, bus stations)
    • Your home or office
    • Local shopping or dining locations

Loaner/Rental Vehicles

  • Available Monday - Saturday 6am - 6pm
  • Eligibility based on estimated repair/maintenance time (please contact your Service Advisor for details)
  • Limited number of Compass Motors vehicles available
  • Must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License, current proof of insurance and valid credit card
  • Loaner/rental vehicles must remain within 50 miles of Compass Motors
  • Please, no smoking - and no pets allowed in loaner vehicles
  • Vehicles must always be returned with a full tank of fuel
  • Only the registered driver is allowed to operate the vehicle, and will be responsible for any and all damages incurred
  • Loaner vehicles must be returned within 12 hours of customer notification of vehicle service completion. Failure to return the vehicle in a prompt manner will result in a $45.00/per day late charge.
